We reserve the right to substitute unavailable items with similar products of equal value after informing the customer where possible.

All prices displayed on the website are in INR (₹) and may change without prior notice. We strive to keep prices accurate, but errors may occur. In case of pricing mistakes, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the order.
4. Orders
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or order confirmation by our team.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to:

- Delivery area restrictions

5. Delivery
We currently deliver to selected service areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers must provide accurate delivery address and contact details.
6. Fresh Products
As we sell fresh and perishable goods, natural variations in size, color, weight, and appearance may occur.
Product images are for reference only and may differ from actual delivered items.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of perishable products, returns are generally not accepted after delivery.
If you receive damaged, spoiled, missing, or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video if required). Eligible refunds or replacements will be processed after review.
